Our client is seeking a talented individual to take on a pivotal role in driving their brand forward in the Houston market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in crafting and executing a localized operational strategy encompassing distribution targets, volume objectives, and promotional initiatives
- Cultivate and nurture relationships across various sales tiers
- Oversee depletion and distribution goals within the designated territory, with a particular emphasis on both on-premise and off-premise segments
- Devise and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with national marketing schedules
- Establish, foster, and manage key account connections within the assigned area.
- Maintain and organize monthly and weekly schedules, along with a comprehensive key account roster
- Ensure adherence to state and company regulations and policies in all sales practices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses over 2 years of sales experience in the N/A or Alcoholic Beverage industry, preferably from a supplier or distributor background
- Exhibits a high-energy approach with a proactive mindset geared toward driving growth
- Demonstrates proficiency in off-premise cold calling and is comfortable with this approach
- Existing relationships across chain and independent retailers in Houston
